Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using E-platform credit's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and E-platform credit Financial Services, LLC.
Loan Terms and Conditions
Loan Amounts and Terms
- • Personal loans from RM 1,000 to RM 100,000
- • Loan terms from 12 to 108 months
- • APR ranges from 4.88% to 18.00% for qualified Malaysian applicants
- • Rates based on creditworthiness and loan terms
Fees
- • No origination fees
- • No prepayment penalties
- • Late payment fee: RM 25 or 5% of past due amount (whichever is greater)
- • Returned payment fee: RM 25
Payment Terms
- • Monthly payments due on the same day each month
- • Payments can be made online, by phone, or automatic withdrawal
- • Grace period of 15 days before late fees apply
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a loan, you must meet the following criteria:
- • Be at least 21 years old and not more than 65 years old
- • Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident (PR)
- • Have a valid MyKad (IC) or MyPR identification
- • Have verifiable source of income (minimum RM 2,000/month)
- • Have an active Malaysian bank account
- • Provide recent payslips, EPF statements, or income proof
Application Process
Application Submission: All applications are subject to credit approval and verification of income and employment.
Credit Check: We will perform a hard credit inquiry which may temporarily impact your credit score.
Decision Timeline: Most applications receive approval within 2-3 hours of submission.
Funding: Approved loans are typically funded within the same day.
User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate and complete information
- • Make payments on time as agreed
- • Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information
- • Use loan funds only for legitimate purposes
- • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- • Maintain the security of your account information
Limitations of Liability
E-platform credit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account opening by sending written notice to our customer service address.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website and sending notice to your email address.
Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
